We were casually looking for a unicorn property. We had looked at a few properties with other agents. They would always ask what we wanted then show us a property we had requested to see, and we would never hear from them again. Then we connected with Scott. We asked to see a property, but once there -it wasn't what we were looking for. We assumed we wouldn't see Scott again. Imagine our surprise when we started receiving properties, and eventually a web connection that Scott populated with potential properties. We looked at some, requested to look at others, and eventually Scott sent the property that we eventually bought...it was EVERYTHING we were looking for with some extras besides! Scott is the most fantastic REALTOR I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He’s honest, extremely kind, and will go out of his way to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. We had just gotten our house ready to be put up on the market while we were living nearly 17 hours away when the region had some really bad flooding and our basement unfortunately saw nearly an inch of water when the sump couldn’t keep up. Scott himself was at our house multiple days that week to help clean up the water because we couldn’t be there and we would have been charged perhaps a thousand dollars or more by a local company to come out to do the same thing. He also arranged everything for us to have the damage repaired in a timely manner. He was our knight in shining armor and saving the day!
